It's a glass panel that's been etched...Yes. It's a glass panel that's been etched with an illustration of an F-16. You can see the memorial through the glass behind it. I tilted the camera so I could fit the memorial in and include the etching. At the time I took it, I didn't like the result and didn't use it.
