Slow and steady wins the race? Or gets its ass kicked to the curb...Just a couple of snaps from Dr Lala's terrace garden. When I came home from work the other evening, this snail (Schnecke, auf Deutsch. No clue what it is in French. Escargot?) was cruising along the edge of the walkway. After I snapped its photo, it was suggested I kick it into the yard. Not wanting bad snail karma, I picked it up and tossed it in the yard. The flowers below are some of the lilies that have recently bloomed on the terrace. Pretty, aren't they?
