Hope it's not too cold. When will it be spring?! My commute was to the kitchen where I 'worked' hard at making breakfast, washing dishes, and baking 2 loaves of bread. More tomorrow!
Leif: Thanks! This is my newest photo blog. I use to blog as D.C. Confidential and wrote primarily about Washington, D.C. Living in France is a new gig for me. Here's hoping it's as fun as the old gig! Based on your profile, it looks like you travel a lot. Look forward to following your adventures.
Julie: I thought the same thing, too! One day, I'll take a close up of the hedge and post it. It's pretty impressive!

I like the restrained feel this photo has. Shades of grey. Not too much geometry. Nice long low wall. Good stuff.
Rob: Cold enough to snow, I guess. Could you come over here and bake some of that bread, please?
Julie: Thanks! That long, low wall is actually an impenetrable hedge. Even the local squirrel can't seem to get through it!
Happy New Year, Janet! Welcome to the CDP blog network! You're off to a good start - keep up the daily photos!
Kind regards from EAGAN daily photo
A hedge! Really!
Kudos to the gardener. He cuts a mean straight edge!
