100 Unnamed Strangers: Busker on the Bank

Busker on the Bank : London, UK

This busker was playing the Blues on the banks of the Thames across from St Paul's. I wanted to get a better shot of his face, but felt I was being a bit too intrusive, especially as I'd spent a bit of time trying to frame him with St. Paul's in the background. I gave him a few quid for letting me photograph him.

Oompah-pah

Trumpeter : Swiss Army Band : Interlaken, CH

While we were watching paragliders in Interlaken, a battalion from the Swiss Army Band walked up to the corner of the park and started playing music. No clue why and I didn't ask. The conductor said a few words, but as he was speaking in Swiss German and his voice didn't carry well, I have no clue what he said. As far as military bands go, these guys weren't too bad.
