I have a bazillion pictures of Notre Dame. These two are the first of many you'll likely see over the next week or so. I just liked these in particular for the detail they show.

Parking

Bike Parking under the Bahnhof : Basel, CH

Under the streets surrounding Basel's Hauptbahnhof (train station) is this bike parking lot. My friend Scott warned me I was in for a surprise, but I wasn't expecting this! And this is only one of several lots for bike parking under the tram tracks. Why can't we find stuff like this in the States?
